Because all hats are custom crafted and created to individual requests, all sales are final. While we won't offer a refund or a return, if you're unhappy with your hat, please contact us so we can see if there is a way to remedy the issue.

We strive to make every experience with us a positive one, but that's a two way road!

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping. We package each hat with care, but we can't control it once it's out of our hands.
